BAIN RACING INTAKES

 At Bain Racing we custom build every Intake around the customers engine spec's. There are some major factors that will determine whether or not an Intake will preform well and the major factors are as follows... Cubic capacity is clearly a major one. MCSA and average CSA is also very important.  Cylinder head flow figures and the shape of the port. Bore to stroke ratio, Compression ratio and Camshaft.

Another factor that can also effect the Intakes performance, but are less important are. TDC dwell which is determined by our rod ratio. this changes how the piston behaves around TDC
