Like everything is this world we are all governed by science. Engines, cylinder head, camshafts, intake manifolds and even fasteners are no different. They all have  to follow the laws of the universe. So the key to understanding Engines in general, is to understand  why they do something, how its possible and what are the compounding effects.

What we need to come to terms with is, air has weight, and lots of it. Even tho we cant see it, its there. Our Atmosphere is around 14.7 pounds of pressure at sea level and this is created by the mass of molecules stacked on top of each other all the way up to the Thermosphere. That's bout 100 miles up!
